I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hodges University. I also earned my Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Marriage and Family Studies. I have experience working with compulsive behaviors, depression, anxiety parent/child issues, and adolescent issues. I believe that there is a core issue driving any unhealthy behaviors and feelings.
